Anindya Bagchi is an Associate Professor at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, an NCI-designated Cancer Center in La Jolla, California. His research focuses on genetic, epigenetic and immunological changes in solid cancers. His lab is funded by national agencies like the NIH, NCI, and DoD. Dr. Bagchi has published in high-impact journals such as Nature, Cell, Nature Genetics, Nature Cell Biology etc. and has served on grant review panels for major funding agencies. He co-founded Styx Biotechnologies, a cancer immunotherapy company, and B-Mogen Biotechnologies, a genetic engineering startup acquired by Bio-Techne in 2019.
