Alain Tissot is Vice President, Lead Therapeutic Antibodies at Bayer. He brings more than 16 years of experience in bispecific antibodies, covering multiple modes of action, including targeted and non-targeted agonists, brain delivery, antagonists, T cell engagers, and targeted cytokines. Before joining Bayer, he was responsible for portfolios of biologics and bispecific antibodies in the fields of immunology, neuroscience, ophthalmology and onco-immunology. This included an additional focus on DMPK and immunogenicity questions. He has also led a department focused on in vivo antibody generation with high-throughput B cell cloning, antibody cloning, expression and purification
