Aaron Hieb is a Director in Pharmaceutical Development at Genentech, where he oversees stability operations, automation, and particle laboratories. With over a decade of experience at the company, he has led formulation and drug product development for a diverse portfolio of biotherapeutics and combination products through all stages of development. As a CMC expert, Aaron is passionate about driving data innovation, predictive modeling, and leaner drug development strategies. He holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder, and held post-doctoral positions at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and HHMI/Colorado State University.
