Aaron Choi is a Senior Scientist in Bioreactor Design at Just – Evotec Biologics, where he leads upstream process development activities for client programs and technology development efforts to advance the platform. His work focuses on understanding and improving large-scale bioreactor performance, including mixing dynamics, oxygen transfer, and CO₂ management, to better align with bench-scale models. He has led cross-scale characterization efforts and supported technology transfer into GMP manufacturing.
