AJICAP® is a proprietary platform combining site-specific conjugation technology with a novel hydrophilic linker for antibody–drug conjugates. The conjugation chemistry enables precise and homogeneous control of drug-to-antibody ratios at defined levels, including DAR 1, 2, 4, 8, or higher.

The hydrophilic linker technology maintains antibody stability and solubility, even at high DAR, and supports a wide variety of payloads. The platform is also applicable to emerging modalities, including bispecific antibodies and degrader–antibody conjugates.
