Bio-Rad’s Pioneer Antibody Discovery Platform includes one of the largest Fab libraries ever made, containing over 2 x 10^11 unique human antibody sequences. This library has been extensively optimized for Fab selection and IgG developability. In combination with the proprietary SpyDisplay selection technology and the TrailBlazer™ modular antibody platform, Pioneer enables rapid identification and characterization of a diverse set of lead candidates, including antibodies against GPCRs. We will also present SpyLock, a novel approach for the generation and early screening of bispecific antibodies with unprecedented speed and throughput.
