The computational development of antibodies is an emerging industry that has become feasible thanks to the recent boom in artificial intelligence in biology. Here, we will present our recent advances in antibody discovery and engineering that mainly combine the potential of generative AI models with physics-based techniques to understand the binding mode of the antibody and the antigen, estimate the binding affinity, and use this information to engineer more potent antibodies.
