This library has been extensively optimized for Fab selection and IgG developability. In combination with the proprietary SpyDisplay selection technology and the TrailBlazer™ modular antibody platform, Pioneer enables rapid identification and characterization of a diverse set of lead candidates, including antibodies against GPCRs. Antibody candidates derived directly from the Pioneer library show comparable or superior performance to clinically developed or marketed antibodies across key parameters.
