Recent advances in transient gene expression and AI-assisted antibody engineering have enabled rapid generation of diverse bispecific antibody (BsAb) formats. However, BsAb expression and purification remain challenging due to chain mispairing, misassembled species, and purification complexity. To address these challenges, we developed the TurboCHO™ platform, a high-performance transient expression and purification system for next-generation BsAb production. Built on an engineered CHO host with optimized process conditions, the platform supports robust, high-titer expression across multiple BsAb formats. Rational plasmid ratio design ensures correct chain pairing, while format-specific affinity purification and LC-MS analysis enable efficient removal and identification of mispaired species, delivering high-purity BsAbs for downstream studies.
