The computational development of antibodies is an emerging industry that has become feasible thanks to the recent boom in artificial intelligence. Here, we want to present our recent advances in antibody discovery and engineering that mainly combine the potential of generative AI models with molecular modeling techniques to understand the binding mode of the antibody and the antigen, estimate the binding affinity, and use this information to engineer more potent antibodies.
