Timothy Keefe brings over two decades of experience in analytical method development and product characterization within the biopharmaceutical industry. With a robust background in large molecule structural characterization and CMC analytical support, Tim has consistently applied his technical expertise to lead high-performing Analytical Development and Quality Control teams. While he thrives as a leader, he still identifies strongly as a hands-on analytical scientist, known for his problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.

Throughout his career, Tim has held senior roles at leading biotech companies, including Acceleron Pharma, Gemini Therapeutics, and Xilio Therapeutics. At Acceleron, he advanced from Scientist to Senior Manager, playing a key role in the company’s evolution from clinical stage to commercial. His leadership in analytical development and QC functions has contributed to the successful advancement of multiple therapeutic programs.

Tim is currently Director of Analytical Development and Mass Spectrometry, where he continues to focus on applying advanced analytical methods to support biotherapeutic development.

Based in Arlington, MA, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. An outdoor enthusiast, he particularly enjoys skiing and snowboarding.
